Cars are Such a Blessing

It's incredible how the world is changing for people who used to live in poverty. People who only ten years or so ago would have had no choice but to walk or hitch a ride everywhere they wanted to go are now able to afford their very own cars. This is an amazing bit of turnaround, wouldn't you say? A car gives people a type of freedom that they would never be able to enjoy otherwise. In your car, you can travel wherever you please, whenever you please. And that is a type of wealth that just cannot be measured in dollars (or any other type of currency).

Of course, there are new responsibilities you have to take on when you get a car. It isn't all fun, fancy and free. Well, it's not supposed to be. Some people try to ruin everything by just being nuts with their cars. And everybody has to keep their eyes scanning all around all the time, just in case. But the irresponsible people shouldn't spoil all the fun the rest of us can be having, right? We can all enjoy these big, beautiful roads together in peace and all that lovely stuff.

We just have to keep a few things in mind all the time. Obviously, you need to make sure your seat belts, auto insurance, tires and brakes are all in good working order. If any of those things fail, you could be in for a world of hurt. You could almost debate which of those four is the most important of the group. Seat belts keep you in the car, which is usually best in an accident. Insurance lets you get your car (and anybody else's property you may damage) repaired without having to go bankrupt. The tires and the brakes are good ways to stay out of getting in an accident.

Tired from Competition

Tired and sleepy, that’s what I’m feeling at this moment because I accompanied Gen in her EPP competition in Karangalan District. The skills joined by their school are flower arrangement, fabric painting and basic encoding skills. Gen was the representative for basic encoding skills and she won the first place so we went shopping and played in Tom’s World before we went home. It’s her first time to make to first place and she was so happy. She’ll represent the school next week for inter-town competition. I’ll make a full story on this and post pictures when I have time.

Internet May Help Your Kids to Earn While They Learn

Do you have kids who are approaching their adulthood in next few years? If your answer is yes, you understand how difficult it is keep your teenagers motivated to study or work. Not only this loss of motivation is a problem, their constant yet genuine demands for money are a cause of worry in this pressing economy. Keeping them stuck to their studies while meeting all of their needs is a problem that can be solved easily with resources available on the Internet.

The range of such resources on the Internet begins with having a good website. This may be a blog or a website about your children’s own hobbies, their schools, part-time work, or even friends. They can learn about the basics of publishing on the Internet in a fun way. Seeing their own material online, they will get motivated to learn more and this will help them in their future careers as well.

The step that can help them earn from their websites is monetizing their websites. At present, several methods exist that allow you to monetize your website. Your teenager children can easily know about the earning potential of displaying ads on their website, signing up for affiliate programs, and ways to market their website on the Internet. The best thing about using affiliate programs and ads to monetize a website is that your children can learn several ways to expose their own content to a global audience and get a fresh feel of earning money without sitting right at their homes.

What more precious can be for a parent than seeing his/her kids making their way to a definitive career, learning about business, and earning money, all at the same time! In addition, these opportunities have opened doors for you to keep your family expenditures within your budget each month while the extra expenditure is being automatically taken care of.

Considering Different Online Colleges

Are you dreaming of a different job or a new career, but you're too busy to go back to school? If you can't see yourself in the classroom but you want to learn and grow, you might want to look at a few different online colleges. They aren't all the same, so it's important you make sure you're getting the right one for you. First, you need to know if it's properly accredited. Some companies will set up an online "college," and they'll create an accrediting body to say the college is accredited.

It's vital that a legitimate, recognized accrediting organization is the force behind the accreditation of the school you choose. Otherwise, your degree won't mean as much to an employer who checks out the online college from which you got your degree. You also usually won't be able to transfer credits from your school to another one if you want to go on for more education at a later date. Don't let that happen to you. It can be embarrassing and frustrating, and it can also seem like an awful waste of money and time.

You deserve better, and you can definitely get better if you make sure that the college you choose is a good one. Also, take a look at the tuition and all the other factors for the schools you're considering. Make sure you're picking the right one for your needs. You can apply for grants, loans, and scholarships to make things easier financially. While the cost matters, it shouldn't be the deciding factor when it comes time to select the school and program you want to pursue. Look through the online colleges out there and pick the one that has what you want to study at a reasonable price. The rest will come naturally.

What's Your Energy Type

You Are an Early Riser

You're the type of person who just gets up early naturally. It's easy for you to succeed in this world.
It's likely that you've been extremely productive before the day has really began. You wake up alert and refreshed.

You tend to lose steam in the late afternoon and evening. Give yourself that time to rest.
Even though you get a quick start, you don't have to charge ahead all day long!

Perfect and right I'm an early riser, I wake up at 4am in the morning to prepare breakfast and  pack lunch for my kids and hubby.  I always want to start early because I feel very energetic at dawn to early morning. I feel lazy when I wake up late, sometimes it gives me headache so I guess I'm really an early riser.

Understanding Payday Loans

Before heading out and getting payday loans, it’s important to understand what they are and how they work. Payday loans, or cash advance loans, are a short-term, high interest loan that’s used to help give you the cast you need between paychecks.

To get payday loans, a customer, with a photo ID and proof of a job, will walk in an write a post-dated check to the lender. This amount will include the cash amount needed and fees the lender has. Like with any type of loan, you’ll receive documentation of the loan that states the terms, interest rates, late fees, etc.

If there isn’t a location near you, online payday loans are another great option. Usually a customer would just fill out an online application form, similar to what you’d fill out at the location, and faxes the application over once it’s completed. The lender will direct-deposit the amount into your checking account, with the finance charge being electronically withdrawn when you receive your next paycheck. It’s easier and more convenient for most people who work all day and can’t make it to a location or just don’t have one nearby.

It’s important to know that any outstanding balances will get hit will late charges and additional interest fees. Payday loans work just like any other loan you would get from a bank. Getting really behind on your payments can cause the total in late fees to cost more than the actual amount you requested. It’s important to stay on top of your payments for your payday loans.

Payday loans are great for those in need of some extra cash to pay off any unexpected bills or emergencies. In this rough economy, sometimes we just need a little bit of help to get the bills paid on time. Payday loans are here to help with those unexpected bumps in your life.

A Healthy Way of Dieting

I have lots of reasons to shed my excess pounds and those don’t limit to being slimmer only but to be healthy as well. Planning a good diet plan for me is more of a necessity than a desire because gaining pounds beyond maximum limits may cause certain sickness that will pose more problems for the health. I learned that a year after I resigned from my corporate job I’ve gained 20 pounds. Well I felt bad about it because I’m a very health-conscious person, it’s just that busy schedule and too much work made me neglect my healthy meal plan and daily 3km walking exercise.

I’ve started again and this time I’m determined because I know that I should really discipline myself. My friend told me that keeping to my healthy meal plan would do me good especially if I also keep up my regular exercise and walking regimen. She also suggested that I could try alli because it can help my weight loss by blocking 25% of the fat that I eat from being absorbed. It’s a kind of support for my dieting and it blends well with my healthy meals. In fact it’s suggested that it will be of great help if I follow my meal plans before taking alli because it works best if body has less fat consumed. Why? Because alli blocks 25% only and the rest that isn’t absorbed goes to your bowels thus it greatly affects the frequency of bowel movement. So sticking to low fat diet will help you to avoid the effects and manage your diet well.

I’m still thinking about it but it really helps to know what alli can do reduce the fat from coming into our bodies. It’s really better to maintain a healthy diet and some good healthy ideas that would help us to be aware that with dieting you don’t have to be deprive of eating but discipline it to eating the right kind of food.

:Looking at the Sky on Friday #95: Sky Over the Mountains

Click the image to enlarge

This is a shot of my SIL at the view from their village.  MIL's house  is overlooking  the famous mountains  of Montalban and it's a spectacular view when the sun shines on the mountain.  It's just a saddening thought that  mountains were never cared for because the trees are few.  It's nice to wake up in the morning with the mountains and sun greeting you.  The room windows of the house are located just right for the nice view.  The physical distance is actually a few meters away.

I love sky watching wherever my cam takes me. It makes me very thankful of God's wonderful creations.  Visit more beautiful sky photos just click on the badge above!

No More Rashes

I’m glad that my daughter’s rashes are gone now and she’s starting to renew her energetic mood. She’s still having her allergy medicine but her 2-day stay in school has given her excitement again in doing her projects and reports. I really remembered the first day she got rashes I’ve mistaken the few ones to be acne and I immediately looked at for the best way that I can help my daughter be spared from having it. The rashes turned out as outlet for her incurred viral infection and the remedy or treatment is an allergy medicine. Anyway I’m glad it’s over now and things are back to normal again.

Back to Regular Sleep

Had a relaxing sleep again for the 4th time since Monday and I’m getting used to sleeping early at night, I mean earlier than 11pm. The previous days were like heaven as I slept for 8 hours. I’ve been reading oxytoxin reviews yesterday in case I might be a candidate to use it. You know it’s possible because staying up late at night is conducive to having wrinkles. Now that I’ve disciplined myself with regular sleep I think I will be spared from it. I just need to go back to morning and afternoon walk and exercise to get back to being fit and healthy.

Ruth's TUCMS Retreat

These are some of the shots in Ruth’s school retreat in UM’s retreat center in Tikling, Taytay Rizal. We came to fetch her in the evening around 530pm 2 hours before the end of their activities. It was dark already when they finished all that was in the program. Anyway I’ve taken some pics of the place while waiting for her and we’ve talked to the pastor whose caring for the retreat place. It was very relaxing and peaceful there outside while the retreat has some fun-filled voice.

Getting Legal Help

We often have a need for legalization of personal documents and other important needs. Sometimes we neglect taking action on acquiring legal services from the professional because we think that it’s fine enough. But sometimes it took us some moments to realize that we should have made it documented or written in black and white meaning it should be done with legal services to protect us from any mishandling of contracts. I’ve experienced not getting any payment from a big personal loan of a friend because I deemed it not important to put some written documents about it because she’s my friend. But I learned that if it involved big amount it should be with at least a note with signature or anything that will prove transaction. It’s all water under the bridge now but I’ve learned my lesson.

If any legal transaction is needed we should get legal services from professional lawyer like Richmond Lawyer who would give professional legal help on many facets of life in business, family, personal and every known legal service they can provide. MGM offers the best commitment to their clients with the high standard legal service they could provide. They provide quality service with fair dealings with clients offering reasonable amount only. Payment can also be done online for convenience.

Love and Care for our Old Folks

Aging is inevitable as we will all grow old and experience the happiness of remembering our fondest memories of our life. It may not be all happy memories but we know that life is a combination of happy and sad moments, success and failure and the ups and downs of life. It’s experiencing all these that we became matured in life and that will give us the wisdom to give advices to the young ones. Now that we’re still young we should care about our old folks who in their prime years need our utmost love, care and affection. When they got sick we should give them the best care we can give like what they do in Nursing Homes in Virginia  which provides the best quality care to their patients and residents especially the senior ones. They offer short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, intermediate care and many others.

Heritage Hall will see to it that you get the best rehabilitation after an accident or sickness. Their Physical Therapy Facilities in Virginia will see to it that you or your family member who needs full recovery will benefit from their quality care services. Across Virginia they have 16 healthcare and rehabilitation centers to ensure that your ailing family member will get the utmost treatment and care needed.

Josh' First Ever Retreat in LJ

These are some of the pics that I've managed to capture while the little boy and his cousin Matt were having their retreat.  They had it in the school ground as they're too young to do it elsewhere.  It's safer to do it inside the school.  They have prepared many activities including bible quiz and other christian living exercises.  They enjoyed the day that much you can see it in their faces here.  See the third pic here and you can tell that Josh love this first and simple retreat he has experienced in his life.  More to come in the coming months and years.

How My Friend Recovered from Orthopedic Help

I’m glad that my friend recovered from the accident that deprived him of walking for two years. He has sacrificed a lot from the vehicular accident he went through. He lost his job, career and almost lost his hope that he can walk again. He was a very close friend of mine, almost a brother that’s why I knew how it pained him to see his legs paralyzed. When he has recovered from the accident trauma he then began taking therapies which made him walk again after 2 years. It was a battle of mind over matter because if a person loses hope he’ll lose everything. I was happy that he kept the faith to God that he can return to his normal life. He’s lucky that he got the best surgeon on the famous orthopedic hospital in the country which gave him the best medication and treatment like that of orthopedic surgeons Richmond which also offers multi-specialty outpatient surgery center in Virginia.

Stony Point Surgery Center has been providing healthcare through affordable but high quality care to their patients. They offer flexible hours and advanced technology treatments. They also provide outpatient surgery which is very convenient to those who can’t stay at the hospital for long. Rest assured that patients will receive the same safe, convenient and cost-effective as when you stay at the hospital. They also perform some other surgical procedures aside from Orthopedics like colon and rectal surgery, ophthalmology, paediatrics, gynecology and many others.

Accounting Work Services

In my previous job we consume plenty of quality time just to get the books done especially on due dates that the revenue office will check the company’s book for the year. As head of the Accounting Department it worries that my staff can’t finish it on time despite overtime work. Well I guess bookkeeping is really a bit time consuming because you’ll have to go through vouchers and all pertinent records in the department just to get your records correct. I just happen to be the head but I’m actually a graduate of Computer Engineering. My expertise is on the payroll and financial statistics and that I learned only by experience.

As a graduate of engineering course I want everything in system and a fast system unlike some manual system in Accounting which I think is kind of slow so in cases like this it’s best to hire someone like Accounting Richmond  which provides business accounting and bookkeeping services to companies to help companies to cope up with several of their accounting works. They have a cadre of professional staff with experience on the field to give you a customized service according to specific needs and requirements of your company. They offer general accounting, financial reporting, bookkeeping, quarterly tax filing and some financial matters.

Gen's Inter-School Chess Competition

This is my daughter Gen's favorite sports and which she joined an inter-school competition in CES.  They were four who competed for the school and it took them 3 days.  I warned her that it may affect her standing in the class but how could I say no to her :-) she knows how to make me agree to what she wants.  Anyway she's good at it though she's not the champion type as of now, maybe in the next coming years.  She had 3 wins and two loses and that's good enough for me.  Her other teammates were not that lucky except for one who won 4 times.

Btw my little boy learned chess at 6 years old with his Ate Gen's supervision.  It's one of the games that we're fond of playing at home.

Accutane Lawsuit

What I know about Accutane is the product’s effective method of curing acne and it devastated my friend when she learned that there are side effects when you use this drug, She has use this drug in the past but survived having major side effects. Now in relevance with this acne treatment medicine it was found out that it can cause Crohn’s disease, ulcerative colitis and inflammatory bowel disease.

With its major effect on many users an Accutane Lawsuit was made for those who want to file for product liability claims from the company who made the drugs. Some had filed and won compensatory damages already so in case you’re one of the victims of this acne drug you can ask the help of O’Hanlon, McCollum & Demerath to help you win the case. Their experience and expertise will be of great help.

Little Boy's First Participation

Here are my son Joshua and nephew Matthew in their participation in the Nutrition Month program held in Little Jewels last July 30.  It's their first in their grade school.  I attended to these two boys because  Matt's  parents (my brother and SIL) went to Mindoro that day. These 9 kids were chosen from different sections and these cousins Josh & Matt volunteered to participate in the program.  I laughed when I heard it from Josh that when their teacher asked who can memorize lines easily they raised their hands lol!

True to their words they easily memorized the lines in one day and never buckled a bit on the program.  Josh was the smallest of them all but he has the clearest and loudest voice.  His voice should make up for his height don't you think?

A Bankable Investment

Are you having second thoughts on your choice of investment? Well you should be because investing should be carefully planned and prepared for before doing some actions. It’s good to put your money on some investments but you should do it wisely with great consideration on your talents, skills, education and particular preferences. Heading on to investment without looking at your capabilities is not that good. I happened to visit United States Gold Bureau and learned that they have variety of investment ideas wherein you can buy their precious gold coins for easy investment. It will be safely deposited in bank or delivered to your place. Anyway gold is still the most bankable investment because it has proven its worth since the early generations of men. It can yield high returns for your capital.

3 Things to Keep in Mind When Choosing

When I have free time and want to relax while blogging I visit some favorite health sites to learn tips and gain knowledge on various important topics on wellness. I did read some health tips on the list of foods to avoid and found myself reading reviews on weight loss products that some companies are selling online. With the great number of sites offering best results of their products you’ll never know what’s really the best to use. I suddenly remembered the 3 useful tips in choosing weight loss products like product safety, effectivity and customer satisfaction feedback. After you’ve found these three tips you’ll able to choose which one is right for you.

Guiding Our Teens

Having facial skin disorders are but natural for growing kids as they would really experience having some pimples, acne and some other facial blemishes. What’s more important is how we guide our kids during the most delicate period of their growing up and that’s the adolescence period. I have learned some acne tips from my Mom so I’m passing it on to my kids as well. Now that my eldest entered adolescence I’m making sure that she gets all the help and guidance from me. That’s what Moms are for.

TUMCS Integration 2010

This is a late post but then again I just want to share my young freshman's integration experience.  Yearly they held Integration program/activities as a sort of introducing the newly entered freshmen in the campus each section will be divide into two and combined to higher years.  It's one way of acquainting all 400 students of Taytay United Methodist Christian School so they will have camaderie when they joined the subject clubs.  They brought food the whole class, just simple snacks like donuts, ensaymada etc.

They've performed the activities prepared by their seniors, activities were all meant for orientation, acquaintance and pure fun welcome for the freshmen. Later they all met at the gym and surprises were there for them again.  Ruth told me that she sensed something fishy and stayed behind. Those who stayed at the middle were caught in the pouring out of different colored liquid on their bodies.  Ruth recalled that they were advised to bring extra clothes lol! Ruth arrived home chattering their fun day endlessly.

Be Slim Without Being Expensive

My brother asked me last summer if I want to join him in his ten day program of herbal cleansing diet. After the program they will need to buy all-herbal fat burners to support the cleansing diet they went through. I was really convinced because my brother used to have big tummy but now it’s all gone. He needs to drink the herbal tea in the morning then he’ll manage to maintain his physique.

When I asked the price of the fat burners that work for him I was astounded because it was so expensive. I smiled and laughed then told my brother that with the high price of his fat burners I will just buy plenty of fruits for my semi-cleansing. I would prefer natural foods than tea or pills and those are less expensive. I want to shed off my excess pounds but I want to do it the natural way.

Age Doesn’t Matter

My Auntie in L.A. California married a guy 20 years younger than her and some eyebrows were raised because of the age gap. My Auntie told us that she’s happy with the guy and if we want her to be happy we should welcome the guy into the family. That was 30 years ago when I was only a teenager and now we learned that they still happy living together. They’re so perfect for the common phrase that age doesn’t matter. Some may have judged them in the past but now seeing them still in love with each other I can say that they really found love. My Auntie who happens to be my godmother also is my Mom’s best friend and she told my Mom that she’s using the best anti aging product so their age gap will not be noticed.

Well based from the pictures that we have of her and her husband they’re really good to look at together. In fairness my Auntie was a beauty when she was young and she’s a very intelligent woman with a good sense of humor. When you happen to know and talk to her you would love her vivacious character. Thinking about her qualities maybe those are the things that her husband saw in her that made him fall deeply in love.

Make Sleeping A Priority

I feel so refreshed whenever I had a good night's sleep and I just read a health news that adults should at least have a minimum of 6 hours sleep in a day to stay healthy. Hmm I feel guilty about this because most of the times I only had 4-5 hours of sleep. Maybe it's time to change my lifestyle because I'm not getting any younger and I don't want to suffer the consequences of not heeding to advices. Here are some tips on prioritizing sleep and rest.

Make a good night's sleep a priority. Look over the tasks you are attempting to accomplish each day. Eliminate some of them from your schedule. You are not a super-person. Not everything you do is absolutely necessary. Stop and think about it. Some things must be done every day, others you can do less often. Cut some things out of your schedule or delegate some of the tasks to another family member.

I Gained Pounds

I stepped up the weighing scale of the hospital and was surprised that I gained 20 pounds since I resigned from my office work last year. I know that I gained weight because of my clothes’ size but I never expected it to be that high. Now I’m asking myself how to lose weight really fast because I only gained that much weight when I gave birth to my little boy. I was not that heavy last summer because I only eat rice on breakfast but due to hectic schedule of my kids’ school errands and blogging until dawn I gained so much in about two months. So this must be the reason why I easily got tired from walking and exercising. I should think of a real diet plan now.

:Looking at the Sky on Friday #94: Sky Over Mall of Asia

This is a shot at the sky over Mall of Asia where you can see the giant globe.  The clouds make a beautiful background for the giant globe which is the landmark of MOA.  I've included the second photo because the clouds are lovelier than the first.  It's actually my first time to go there or to actually go inside the premises of MOA because the first time was with my kids' educational tour in which we only rounded the place.

DH and I had a nice time there meeting up with my college friends after several years that we didn't see each other. Elena came from Canada and requested to see us before she and her family went back to Vancouver, Canada. I love sky watching wherever my cam takes me. It makes me very thankful of God's wonderful creations.  Visit more beautiful sky photos just click on the badge above!

Preparing the Car for the Camp Meeting

We’re preparing ourselves for our yearly December camp meeting fellowship. Lately we had some church meetings reminding us the things we should prepare on our most awaited camp meeting. We have to reserve the usual place we’re staying for three to four days and we’ve saving up for that. Next month our pastor will go to Villa Dominga Forest Resort to pay for our down payment. The owner of the place became our friend after more than 2 years of hiring the place and she wants our group to occupy their place always because when we’re there the villa changes from a lonely to a lively place. They have companions too on Christmas season. It’s a 4-hectare lot and when you’re the only family on a big villa on holidays it feels quite lonely.

Anyway back to preparation, we talked about the basic essentials and our transportation on that event. We will have 6 vehicles to accommodate us all. Last time we’re there we just joined one vehicle because we’re not prepared with our car. We’re not confident that our car will be able to carry us through the long travel. Now we have my brother’s car again and we started gearing it up for the big event on December. We’re checking all that’s important in the car including batteries, brakes, clutch, wiper and some other minor parts. Sometimes December give us rain showers and we’re thinking of having rain guards to make driving through rain more manageable. It’s also safer to have them especially through a zigzag or winding roads which we will be passing through on our travel.

With the accessories that we’ll need I’m canvassing as early as now to avoid rushing through the holiday season. I found which sells automotive accessories online with their superstore based in NJ. You’ll be glad to see automotive products for interior and exterior styling, comfort and performance.

School Preventive Measures

My little boy came home from school last week with notes from the school administration about health awareness. They have written instructions that all students should wear their PE uniform every day until further notice from them. I was alarmed immediately and asked the school administration if there were occurrences of dengue in the school. The school staff told me that it’s only a precautionary measure because kids will be more protected if they wear jogging pants. I’m just making sure that my little boy will not in any way be subject to danger of having dengue. It’s better to have preventive measures than having to incur diseases.

With paranoia about dengue these days and various sickness occurring in the kids I suddenly thought of searching for the best insurance quotes about health. It’s easier to bear sickness if we’re prepared with health insurance which will make our financial burden lighter. Of course with many agencies offering insurances I should get the most affordable so as not to affect my budget.

Here's one pose from my little boy wearing his PE uniform.

Kids Need Guidance

I was talking to my co-Moms who were also waiting for their kids to finish with the journalism competition. We’re sharing about the importance of having the support and guidance of mothers to their kids especially on their adolescent years. One Mom was so sad sharing the life of his neighboor friend who in the midst of too much poverty went abroad to work. She can’t go home for a vacation as often as others because her salary is not that high and her job demands more time with the family she serve for. Now her kids are seen frequenting the mall and smoke shop and no family relative is stern enough to declare discipline on the house.

Both kids of her friend suddenly became so lazy cutting time on their classes and tried to avoid attending them. It’s a pity that their Mom is sacrificing her happiness just to let them live a better life. I know she wants them to finish college too but with the way they’re treating their studies now I don’t think they can even pass secondary education. If only someone would tell their mothers to end her job abroad and take care of her kids before it’s too late.

Found my Buddy in FB

I had a dinner again with my college friends and this time more of them joined in as our meeting place was in Makati where most of them works. We were again back in time especially that my ever loving buddy Betchay finally has found us. We were actually looking for her but she found us out in FB. I really have to thank FB for bridging communications between lost friends. I was so happy that we were reunited again and we talked about our lost years. We have plenty of recaps to do and she told us the story of her life.

She has survived many ordeals and now she has learned many things about life like saving up finances and investing. She’s starting to invest now to secure her finances as she’s financing the education of her siblings’ 10 kids. I forgot to ask her if she knew about gold coins investment because she might be interested to add it to her existing ones. She’s always interested on any form of business or investments that will guarantee a high return of profit because she’s a good businesswoman and she knows how to deal with it.

:Looking at the Sky on Friday #93: Mall Sunset

This is a shot from the mall's parking space last Tuesday when we dropped by to buy our little boy his own pick of toys for his 7th birthday.  We went to Twiddledee in Evet Ortigas and let Josh choose from among the toys there. We arrived at around 5pm and this view greeted us, glad I've brought my cam with me even if my battery is giving me low signals.  I love the small splashes of yellow orange on the grey clouds.

I love sky watching wherever my cam takes me. It makes me very thankful of God's wonderful creations.  Visit more beautiful sky photos just click on the badge above!

The Back to School Test

You Are an Average Achiever

You are fairly driven, but the big win always seems a bit beyond your reach. You lack intense passion.

You are most likely to succeed if you are working with other talented people. You thrive on a team.

Your greatest skill is organization. You are good at laying out a plan and making sure it gets followed.

Your biggest stumbling block in life is your lack of self confidence. You are a lot more capable than you give yourself credit for.

You're so thankful for everything in your life. It's hard for you to pick just one thing.

That's me when I was young, I could have made it more if I'm not that shy.  Well it didn't last for long and after my first job I was ready to face any challenge that came my way.  Since I've overcome my shy attitude I excelled in my jobs and for me that can be called success because I was able to conquer my fears.  I did it with perseverance and a lot of discipline.  If there's one thing that my boss can speak best of me it's my being trustworthy and patience in work.

Roofing and Slating

I’ve attended the homeroom meeting of my eldest kid and saw my brother and SIL on the way out. I went with them when brother visited his residential project in the village. I saw how the construction has improved a lot since I last saw it and it looks like a big duplex house with two gates only. I was asking my brother if he has used slate roofing on his house project because the roofing of the house looks very durable. I’ve noticed that it looks very different from the other houses around the village.

Every time I see my brother’s project I’m always attracted at the new designs and styles he’s applying in all his projects. Sometimes I go with him when he visits the big warehouse for construction supplies like electrical, lighting, plumbing, tiles and bathroom fixtures. Of course I always searched for discounted tiles as we’re planning to have our flooring replaced this year. I was looking at the selection of slate tile and I’m beginning to like it.

I saw some attractive designs and I’m making a detailed budget for it. Glad I’ve found Virginia Slate Company which offers a complete line of quality slate tiles at competitive prices. They have professional staff that customizes each order and a reliable customer service that will attend to all inquiries.

Buying Printer Cartridges Online

If you want to save some bucks for your printing needs and accessories you can search online for sites that offer affordable prices and toner refill kits. I visited, one of the Internet’s largest distributors of toner for cartridge laser printer models and found out that I could have saved a lot of money if I had bought online for my ink cartridges. The site offers wide range of products for all printing needs such as laser printer cartridge, toner cartridges, ink refill kits, refill accessories, replacement chips, bulk toner and more. I really did some checking on the brands they have before ordering.

Here in the house we do a lot of printing for the kids’ school work and daily assignments. It’s the two younger kids that seek my assistance every now and then because I never let them print their assignments on their own to prevent future malfunction of the printer. With the kind of activities we have involving computer printing works it’s vital to keep reserved printer cartridges inks so we will not be rushing to a supply store even if expensive. This is easy because you can save also when you order products from $49 and above because you’ll be able to avail their free shipping promo on top of good service. No need to worry about the quality of their products because each product comes with a full year guarantee.

Learning About Hydraulic Rams, Pneumatic Valves & Compressed Air Dryer

When I was still in college it was easier for me to understand some of the things that complicates me now like the other things in life very far from being a Mom or those that’s outside my working experience and profession. When it comes to things like driving and keeping our car in good running condition I leave that thing to dear hubby who will not frown when asked about automotive or mechanical terms like Pneumatic valves or other terms that’s way out of my scope of Mommy duties.
I graduated from engineering course and had taken up all areas of Engineering aside from my computer course but it’s all behind me now. After two decades after graduation I’m more inclined to know about telecommunications, technical proposal and accounting because that’s my working experiences. If would ask me about Compressed air dryer I would just tell that they prevent microbes, rusting and corrosion. It’s a wonder that the things you learned in school sometimes vanishes like air.

Sometimes I get to learn things from my brother because he’s into construction business and he would ask me to search for his required motors and products for his projects. I browsed online for electric motors that he needs and I came upon Fremont Industrial Supply, a distributor of high quality pneumatic valves, Hydraulic rams, air line preparation components, air line tubing and fittings, hydraulic pumps, hydraulic valves, electric motors and other power transmission components. They’ve been with the business for several years which they devote on delivering their services with quality, affordability and good service coupled with good customer assistance. It’s good to learn new things by patiently searching and reading and in the process I helped my brother also.

Ink Refill

We’re a frequent user of computers and printer because I have three schooling kids and DH is studying too. I bought my own laptop before the school opening so I can work without interruption because they have their own desktop computers; one was our old desktop which I’ve used previously and another one from my sister who gave it to my kids so they can use it any time they want for their assignments. She’s happy with her notebook which she bought along with my laptop. Every day one of my kids would need printing for their research assignments, reports or simply images that need for cutting and pasting. With the high cost of our printer’s original inks I’m thinking of getting an ink refill kit to cut on some ink expenses. Anyway I’ve visited, one of the Internet’s largest distributors of toner for cartridge laser printer models and saw the instructions for refilling ink. It’s a Do-It-Yourself guide and it’s so easy to follow.

It’s nice visiting the site as it has wide variety of quality printer and ink products for the clients to choose from including 300 brands which will enable you to find one that’s suitable for your printer. They have laser printer cartridge, ink cartridges, toner cartridges, ink & toner refill kits, refill accessories, replacement chips, printer ribbons, bulk toner and a lot more. You’ll find everything you need for your printing requirements all in one stop shop. Their prices are very affordable and come with a full one year guarantee. Shipping is free on all orders over $45.

Her Ambition Took Her to Her Dreams

Myspace Inspiration Graphics Quotes

That's what my college friend did when she dreamed of working and living in Canada when we're still studying. I remember her getting requirements and information from the embassy. She had a very good job here in one of the top power company where she had a big salary but she and husband still applied for Immigrant in Canada and when their papers were approved they left the country and stayed there without job for 6 months. Their separation pay from their stable job here had supported their stay and when they’re beginning to think if they will go back or stay they found a job and that’s where their story if living in Canada had begun. They moved to another place, buy a house and started their life far away from their family and relatives. My friend’s ambition took her to places and she deserves it because she’s very good in everything she does and she has served her parents well. When you asked her what’s the best thing about moving there she would answer that her kids has improved their health. The climate there cured the regular cough and colds of her kids.
