Good Sound System and Accessories for Special Occasions

My eldest daughter just had her debut last week and we’ve done all preparations of her special day in more than a month only so we were all tired. We decided to celebrate Ruth’s debut in our own house so we redesigned and renovated the old house to make it presentable for the occasion. Since we’re expecting 150 guests we maximized all possible spaces that can seat the number of guests expected for the day. On the day before debut we managed to set up everything from decors to chairs, tables, buffet table, flowers and a lot more. Of course sound system wouldn’t be missed as my daughter’s slideshow and videos should be clearly seen and heard by the guests. 

We had a problem with a jack that connects laptop to the sound system and was saved by my best friend’s brother who perfectly matched what we’re looking for that day. We’ve gone to popular shops but we failed finding the right cable and my friend just volunteered her brother’s shop. It pays a lot when you have good sound system as the occasion relies heavily on that especially on the speeches, songs and wishes for the debutante. It’s good to have shops and sites that cater to these needs. So next we would need a specific jack, cable, accessories like p2r and other musical accessories I should browse online ahead of time to minimize stress in special occasions like my daughter’s debut.

I’ve been thinking about my gift for my little sister which is a little late now but I just want to be sure that my gift would be just what she needs. She’s my only sister and every birthday that she has I always want to give the best I could afford. She’s not that choosy but I’m thinking of a nice gift that she didn’t have for now like this pretty carrera tag heuer I found online or other things that she’s fond of. I’m dropping by tomorrow to shopping square that we love buying our clothes and shoes from. I remember her spotting the black cardigan she will use when we go to Baguio so probably I’ll buy one of those and add some nice accessories too. Memories of His Preparatory School Days

As early as now I’ve been hearing about preparation for Halloween costume party and Halloween party invitations. I heard from one of the kindergarten student in one of the schools near our house. It’s actually one of the school activities they have in school and they celebrate it with the kids in different costumes of super heroes, robots, Dracula, ghost and other horror characters.

I remember my own little boy in Robin and Spiderman costume when he was still in preparatory school. I can’t forget how excited he was with his costume and the activities they do. They have program with games, contest for the best costumes, giving of candies and other fun-filled activities. Now that he’s in grade school he no longer experiences such things but kept the memories in his photo book.

A Nice Gesture

Sometimes when we want to make our loved ones happy we do something extra ordinary to make them feel special. We usually do it when there’s special occasion like anniversaries, birthdays and some special days. When I come to think of the special ways I’ve learned from my friends I always returned to those who have unique ideas or ones that are capable of bringing surprises to the recipient like when you send flowers online to your Mom, wife or girl friend.

It’s always a sweet gesture to do such thing and for the recipient of these flowers it will always be a memorable and such a dear way of expressing thoughtfulness. Choosing Costumes

As early as now some parents are preparing their smal kids for the trick or treat occasion. I’m wondering why because my little boy usually prepares for that activity before the end of October. We don’t go to the mall to celebrate the activity and we just use his costume for the costume party in his preparatory school. Now that he’s in grade one level I wonder if he’s going to need kids halloween costumes in his new school.

Anyway he has his Robin and Spiderman costumes in his closet but I think he will not use it in school again because he’s using it at home when playing super heroes game. I’ve seen him yesterday looking at Harry Potter’s costume and bookmarked the site together with Ironman costume. Maybe he’s choosing between the two and contemplating when he would ask me.

Being a mother is really like that it’s a tough job you have the responsibility of enriching your child’s wisdom, of bringing up your children as good Christians, of taking care of them through their life and loving them without expecting in return. My own Mom did all that to us and we’re very thankful to God for giving us not the riches of this world but a good mother who loves us unconditionally. My Son's Kinder Graduation

The whole family was excited (as usual )as the youngest in our family graduated from his kindergarten level. Though I may say I’m not as nervous as the previous year when Josh delivered his first speech ever for the nursery graduates of 2008. Now he’s more confident and matured.

His speech is about the value of education to youth and the giving of awards to honor student. He luckily made it to the top, he’s no. 1 this year! He’s excited to all their graduation activities especially the graduation songs that they had spent almost two weeks to practice lol!Of course his dear grandma 9my mom) was equally proud of his grandson. I heard her saying that it’s not only looks that he got from my father but also the witty mind! Grandmas always think that their grandchildren are the best among many. Anyway she will not be able to withstand going there in school so we just dropped by the house after graduation and headed to the nearest mall for a hearty lunch. I didn’t pick the resto; my kids requested and insisted KFC. Here’s some shots for the view, hope you enjoy these!
