Some organizations have age restrictions for safety reasons, but that doesn’t mean your kids can’t get involved. They could organize a food drive, make cards for military personnel stationed oversee, or take them visiting at nursing homes or elderly centers. Teaching your kids how to think of others while they are young is the best way to make a long-term impact on your community.
Making a difference doesn’t have to cost a fortune. Small acts of kindness can go a long way into brightening someone else’ day.
