My First Week of Workout Plan

I’ve been working so hard for the past several months and it lead me to unhealthy eating and sleeping habit. I need to stay awake after midnight hours so I also have to eat as well. That’s how I gained too much excess pounds and almost given me breathing difficulty last month. I started feeling sick a month ago for no reason at all. My doctor told me that I gained too much weight and I should shed off some pounds if I want to stay healthy. He also suggested having regular exercise because being healthy also means being fit. That’s when I started thinking of my health, my body and how I should discipline myself on following my healthy meal and workout plan. I learned a long time ago that in order to be healthy and fit you should have discipline and patience. Without these two traits losing weight will only be a dream.

Now I’m into my 4th day of doing my aerobics, cardio exercises and some other workout routines and I feel great! It’s only hard on the first day when you’re starting up but little by little I have grown to love every minute of it. I started with a 10-minute workout then I increased it with 10 minute a day and now I’m doing a 40-minute combination of aerobics and workout exercises. I have set my goals and I know with my perseverance and discipline I’ll be able to achieve it. I also found specific workout routine at Fitclick.com where you can choose specific workout per body parts like chest, thighs, shoulders, biceps, triceps, back and abs. 

Now I’m more particular with cardio workout and strength training routine because I want to be real healthy and fit. Fit Click also provides power tools needed to help me perform the workout and stay in shape. With their workout routines, exercise videos, calorie counter and food journal I know I’m on my way to losing excess weight and be fit and healthy as well.

Exercising not only keep off unwanted pounds but also help you maintain a healthy body. Exercising also releases endorphins that keeps your spirit and atitude high. But aside from exercise, it's also key to keep feeding on well balanced meals, you can do so by keeping with diet plans.

I've been trying out some weight loss programs before but nothing seem to be effective at all. I think I will just lose a few pounds and that's it. Now, my doctor designed suitable diet plans for me , and he is encouraging me to to some exercise regularly.

I wish you the best of luck in your goal to attain your ideal weight. I certainly agree that being healthy means being fit and that it takes determination and discipline to be able to succeed. I know of a few friends who fail immediately because from the start, they are not that focused in doing their workout routines and often missing out schedules and then later on, completely not fulfilling the program. Perhaps, they need more intense help from the fitness experts and reading Fitclick would be a great help.
