Home Renovation Plans

As the rainy season started a month ago we decided to pursue our previous plans of renovating our old house. This time it will be a double purpose renovation as my brother will also build a commercial stores at the front. With this our house will undergo a different planning because the new stores will take away our front living room and part of our terrace. The house is actually big for us and as for now the two rooms in the upper floor are vacant so we plan to move in the master bedroom to enjoy the biggest space in the house. 

As we’re avoiding too many clutters when the flood comes we’re thinking of moving greater percentage of our things in the upper rooms and just leave the bare essentials downstairs. Of course living, dining and kitchen rooms will be retained and my Mom’s room for her convenience. Maybe we’ll add sliding door for lofts if my brother decides to add. We’re just waiting for Ruth’s debut and then we’ll start the construction and renovation. I just hope we’ll finish without the disturbances of storms and floods.
