I've been listening to DZAS with Ms. Maloy Malibiran-Salumbides' Protips last week and I find these tips very applicable and interesting. You might be interested to read these 10 commandments on Human Relations.
1. Speak to people
2. Smile to people
3. Call people by name, people like to be always called by their specific name- it flatters them
4. Be friendly and helpful
5. Be cordial - speak like everything you do is a great pleasure
6. Be genuinely interested in people
7. Be generous with praise and cautious with criticisms
8. Be considerate with the feelings of others, bear in mind that there are 3 sides to controversy:
1. your side 2. other person's side 3. right one
9. Be alert to give service
10. Have a big sense of humor.
Hope I've enlightened you with these 10 commandments and if you follow all these 10 I'm sure you'll get along with all kinds of people and you'll be able to help them also.
